ok i did some research last night and the tower is gonna cost around the 7000 g mark, whichc is fine if its gonna beat yours

same video cards oc'd maximum with 3 years waranty
980x oc'd to 4.4 with 3 years waranty
SSD hard drives
2 x 300g raptors in raid 0 HDD
4tb spares HDD
24g dominator 2000hz ram
1250w psu
and windows 7
and water cooled

and the best thing is the mate im going through owns the company and hes gonna overclock everything to its maximum safe, and water cool it, plus a 3 year waranty, now thats sweet, watercooled overclocked waranty.

i dont bluff, my current pc scored 31500H without the over clock, the only difference this time is i dont have a small budget. mwahaha

and woundeds got my old pc for $1000, now thats mates rates

Unless you (Boots ) learn how to over clock for your self it won't mater what PC you pay some one to build for you, as a safe max OC will never cut it against a quick suicide run, so Boots your wasting your time and money Lol. As for spending another $5000 to get up to Nappies spec ( fuck me nappy you must have robbed a bank!), for me its just not worth it. Tri 480's and maybe a i7 970 is as far as i will go.

yup, i need H20 to go any higher with the CPU it was heating up like a fucker..my 120ex cooler doesnt seem as effecient as with the q9550i only put a pea size drop of arctic 5 paste on this time..may need some more......the quad sli 295's luv this system also, that score for the GPU's was at 660vcore.

a better one with the GPU's upped a little...v close to 34000 for the GPU score

quick question, how is the 3dmark calculated, coz the cpu is usually so high with the gpu much lower and the 3d mark is always much closer to the gpu? does it take only percentages of the score or something?

no why you get a good score is because you are using you GFX cards as parallel processing and because GFX cards are more powerful than CPU its it helps it out allot, can go into more detail.

My 2 GTX 480's turned up yesterday but i will have to wait for a couple more day's to put them in cause im still layed up in Hossi. I will post up some scores when it's running.

This is with the cpu @ 4ghz and 2 x gtx480 and GTX280 as physx card. Lite overclock on the cards. This is my 24/7 setting.

I have a 4.5ghz setting to try yet, will be interesting to see what diff that sort of a clock will make.
I also have 2 GTX280's i am going to sell if any one wants them. $500 for both. The 280 mite not be the fastest any more but 2 in sli with an i7 will still make 2800+ on Vantage. More than a single 480.
