As I suspected my cpu is the bottleneck
I ran this just as it is after installing 3Dmark. |

| zygurt u can oc ur cpu to 3.4 GHz and it will run smooth. increase the volts to 145 otherwise it wont have enough volts and wont start up if u oc to 3.4 GHz. and just keep un eye on temp should try and keep it below 60c. |

| Whats the go with warranties etc and OC'ing.
It sits at about 25-30 degrees in game so I should be able to get it quite a bit higher.
Then there's always more cooling. |

| Its amazing how much even an extra 200 Mhz helps. It added another 1000 points.
I used Asus EPU 6 to add 10% so it was running at 2.634 Ghz. I'll get around to a proper overclock in the holidays. |

Then there's always more cooling. mate dont worrie 2 much, if u r worried about something happening to ur cpu, then oc to a point where u can keep ur cpu temp at around 50c seeing that in games it's around 25-30 then it should b fine. i have been oc mine from 2.4 to 3.6 for 6 months and hasn't blown up yet, although i will let u know when it does any1 wanna buy a cpu it in EXCELLENT CONDITION it's not blown up |

| Figured i'd actually put my score up, which was 12558, that was with no overclock on my gpu, and my Q6600 @ 2.8
funny thing is, the highest scoring pc on the future mark site got a lower cpu score than mine, but got like 4x the gpu score
will post new score once i get some slight overclocks on gpu GPU Core: 650 (602 standard) Memory: 1200 (1107 standard) Might oc shaders too, but will have to see what they run at first |

| SHMOE YOUR CPU CAN GO UP TO 3.6 GHZ AT V1.475 - V1.480 WITH NO HASTLE MATE, OR MORE DEPENDS ON IF U GOT BALLS OR NOT. I HAVE THE SAME CPU AND RUN IT AT THOSE CLOCKS. HOWEVER GOOD COOLING IS REQUIRED AS YOUR TEMPS WILL IDOL AT 51c - 55c AND ONCE UR IN GAME WHERE YOUR CPU IS GOING OFF ITS TITS THEN WILL BE AROUND 65c. IF UR CPU TEMP GOES OVER 70c THE I SUGGEST U DECREASE UR CLOCKS OR GET BETTER COOLING. OVER 70c FOR THE Q6600 IS THE DANGER ZONE. SO KEEP ON EYE ON IT MATE |

but yeah stock cooling u can clock higher than that at least 3.2 cause ur gpu cant breathhhhhhhhhhheeeeeeee |
