| from my very basic understanding, i think its something along the lines that you write a simple text file in notepad, save it to your crysis directory, set it up so one of your keys uses it, and it enters code for you as if you were typing into the console
however it depends on what you wanna do
the people to ask would be Clerks and Quacks (also known as the Strength-Punch-Macro-Stain)
ive been meaning to look into making a macro so i could toy with mouse sensitivity in game, but i am quite lazy. if i do get around to doing something though ill let you know man |

| dog mate where not scripting. or doing some lua file anyway.
mr cold hearted mate i use a g15 and the way we do it is via our software, open the program up select the key we want to add a marco to and then just push the buttons we want add time delays inbetween and thats pretty much it, i dont know how the sidewinders work but i doubt there the same so u might wanna try and find out who uses a sidewinder to help u.
cheers |

| i bet u any money it didnt work ingame cause u got the delays wrong or u did it auto where it hits like every button at the same time... sgt give him an example of a macro... like the punch macro or sumfin and put the buttons with the arrows and delays and shit... then i reckon it'll owrk for ya |

| i hav a g15 too and i dont even use macros lol... i do it the ol' fashioned way... using my mouse to click on shit like attachments... it would be cool if there were a macro where u could hit a button and it played for u |
