Hi guys, I'm planing to buy a new pc, here is the system spec:

CPU: AMD Athlon II X3 455 (3.3GHz)
MoBo: Foxconn A76ML-K 3.0
Ram: 5 gb ddr3 1333MHz
Case: ATX Midi tower
PSU: 500W - 600W (I'm not sure)
HDD: 500 GB 7200 RPM

This spec doesn't have a GPU, cause i want to add a custom one, so i'm looking HD 5770 and GTX 460 1gb. What do you think i should get??
The HD 5770 is cheaper but less powerful than the GTX 460, i want to know if i get the GTX 460 GPU will it bottleneck my CPU ???

nah wont happen, unless your mobo is not dual or tripple, or there is 1.333333333333336gig ram. or 2.5gig sticks

but again wat the fuck is a foxconn mobo, jewish mother boards

foxconn doesn't seem so bad.....i would grab a mobo from them if they where in aus.....but the point is that to run the game well you would need a gtx 560 ti or better.....that other stuff is so old school

@ Tulz BOLLOCKS !!!! I have 5770 in my torrent box & it runs CoD B'ops just fine also to blow you comment out of the water the wifes 4890 can handle it as well dude (E8400 @ 4.02 helps as well) I'm not trying to sound brash Tulz but sometimes old school is all you need if you don't have the cash flow GO THE FRO'

P.S also he is asking for help on system specs for a system to run CoD B'ops in his thread title so it in the right section

i know i just find his logic a bit(computer spec wise) fucked up......also why would someone make a computer for just one game......i know that he is just basically asking will the specs ,he has presented, run the game......

generally when buying a comp you want value for money and you dont just compare it for one game......it is an investment in entertainment and you dont want to have to buy another comp because the newer game you want to play, which is only just around the corner, requires newer specs.

in any case i'm always happy to help in designing a comp. Where do you live and whats ur budget Goliath31?

I try to build my own pc for the future but don't plan for the up coming games as I know what I have built will be 3-4 yrs infront of the latest game technology anyway eg: I won't need to upgrade to Sandy Bridge because the game tech wont catch up to that for atleast the next 5-6 yrs
