Ok here is my problem i cant seem to set some of my Crysis wars settings to high performance, I was wondering if you are able to help me i came across this website http://www.mycrysis.com/filebase.php?fileid=9365, but not shure its what I am looking for. I have tried uninstalling riva tuner and ntuner to try and see if they were overriding some of my settings with no result. Just wondering if it was a GFX card driver or some setting in console that might have some thing to do with it, the ones with the white dots are the settign that i can not change.

You cant change certain things mate, the server you go into alters them i believe and they become a custom setting. Those settings do however stay within the good visuals range. I play on low settings. But i still have some that say custom. Its server side i believe.

if you have any custom cvars in your autoexec file then some of those will stay as custom what you can do is try this cvar in your autoexec file, it sets all the values to what you choose, i.e. 1 = lowest, 4 = highest sys_spec_full =

Yea not to shure on how to set my auto exec file as i cant seem to find it in any of the crysis wars folders, and that commande dose not work in console. Is serbz correct in saying, that my setting are effected server side.

ok well first you have to set con_restricted to 0. Heres the autoexec you want, put it in your wars and wars/game folder because i'm not sure which one of the 2 it should be in. i've also added r_texturesstreaming = 0 which is a command you MUST use in multiplayer because it eliminates all texture loading you see and stops the textures losing quality from more that 2 metres away at no cost to performance
