| IMO they are too small, you can get a cheap BENQ 22 for round the same price also. Go to ya local computer fair or market and grab a bargin. I use a Samsung T240 and it is fantastic....but pricey. Cos. |

| :/ who told you that? ALL LCD's get blurry when you run them out of their native resolution, which for a 22" is 1680x1050, same as one of those 19's you've listed. But they don't just get blurry because they're a 22, or a 24, or a 30". Personally, i'd rather spend an extra ~$30 and get a 22". |

| Yeah but in the future you will upgrade, then you will want a better monitor so why not get it now. IMO it wont look blurry as long as you run it in the native res. |

| Are they in strength mode? I'd go the second screen then, if they're your only options. |

| Cos tells the truth, ive got two 22" benqs that cost me about $250ish , a bit under actually i think. i bought one a while back and then a few months later bought the model up which cost the same price but had HDMI (and is in the 'true' 16:9 ratio, so its actually 21.5"), so i used one for my xbox and the other non hdmi for playing games on my pc on. the monitors are pretty awesome, and WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU MEAN BY: i was told that a 22 will get blurry and not good for the card i have and for the games i will need it for
sounds like the sales assitant doesnt know what hes talking about and just wants to squeeze money out of you, id know because i used to do the same shit for trying to sell anything that i had no idea about. so long as you make it sound like you know. but really, just re read that sentence and realise its kinda retarded.
btw, if your GPU doesnt have dvi, which it should by now, then your image will always pale in comparison to any other that uses dvi. i didnt have any dvi cables so when i got my monitor at first just used the dsub, then when i stopped being lazy and got a couple the image difference was noticeable, also allows a much higher resolution which you can enjoy on a larger monitor. remember to get DVI cables! not all monitors come with them or at least they didnt a while back i dont think they do still.
so im running two 22" one of which is HDMI enabled via dvi on my 8800GT, one at 1650 x 1080 res, the HDMI one at 1920 x 1080 (because its ratio is slightly diff), i dont have any problems with quality of image , its going ok for my card, and i play all kinds of games on them. xbox is also awesome to be able to use by simply swapping from dvi to hdmi input and turning it on whilst i can do other stuff on the other monitor.
however playing crysis on the hdmi one affects my frames by a bit cause apparently takes more cpu power to render shit on it being a better screen.
TL:DR buy a 22". the extra $50 is better for a possibly much better monitor that will have better image quality and size than a 19", and you wont have any problems. |

lol dude i liked the monitor i got enough to buy another and was like HOLY SHIT SAME PRICE BUT WITH HDMI!!!11!!!!1!11 and my computer cost me like $1000 for the box, my whole set up has been aimed at being low budget but relatively good and somewhat commercially future proof. the only ones i WOULDNT get is a 24" or larger, because they cost way too much for the 1.6x amount more pixels you get on the screen (nearly double a 19 or 22" in some bad cases). 1.6x =/= double cost

| AOC is the cheapest brand of LCD's on the market and i personally wouldn't touch one for fear of failure. IIRC, Aldi stock them |
