| Hey all, I've been wanting to find a program like fraps that I can use with BC2 as fraps causes a massive drop in frames making it unplayable. A quick google search provided me with playclaw http://www.playclaw.com which worked really well, and so I made a couple of test videos, getting the settings right on the second and it turned out well enough (reduced my frames by half to about 30 which was still playable): However I haven't found a trustworthy full version floating around just yet, so was wondering if anyone has one or can find one, or has an alternative to Fraps that doesn't reduce my frames to below 10. Cheers, Doggy |

| Cunt where have you been, you should play with the other guys instead of ranking up to 42 on your own. |

records at 30ish, sometimes less depending on how much smoke and stuff, didn't go below 20 though during those intense times. im also mad that i didnt record this shot of a guy killing a teammate, and im on the roof of a house. i just jump from above and knife him on his head while in the air, looked sweet. - Virtuoso X wrote:

| haha, I see what everyone's saying about the reloading, although it could be cool if you were to edit the clips together so that the reload just kept going but the map you where playing on changed. |

EDIT: its still detecting my trial version, oops, need to work out where its doing that from. any help appreciated again, gonna delete all Sytexis entries and folders. Try a restart once youve uninstalled it, then try and search registery for "PlayClaw" see if anything comes up, usually a restart should do the trick when uninstalling. |

| Lol dude i can barely tell its recording, if anyone else is interested in using it make sure your frame size is set to "half" and i record at 60FPS good thing is it doesnt completely fuck up your fps just tested it in cwars and i still get pretty good fps well over 60 ;D and the video output is clear as glass.
i guess fraps is a bye bye from now XD |

| What compression settings you use? I've been using full compression and the 30fps setting, on half frame. When I don't have work to do I'll play some more and test it out |
