| GTX470/480 are comming out soon, GTX480 has 480 CUDA cores as opposed to the promised 512, althought it still has the 512, only 480 are enabled in the meantime, untill later drivers are out. seems to me that GTX480 and 5970 are head to head, but keep in mind that the 5970 has two cores as opposed to the GTX480s single core, thus making it the fasted single core GPU on the planet. reports show a increased of 30% FPS in major games when tesselation is enabled. here are some links, benchmarking with the ATi, and general information about the GTX470/80 http://www.gizmodo.com.au/2010/03/nvidias-gtx-480-first-fermi-benchmarks/http://hothardware.com/Articles/NVIDIA-GeForce-GTX-480-GF100-Has-Landed/ thinking of getting one my self in a few weeks.
