Double click on shortcunt. Few moments later goes to black screen, remains in black screen for eternal time until interveened. Help... me... please.

open taskmanager before starting the game and see if the game process memory rises

or try running in compatability mode

try going in your install directory and run UPDTbfbc2.exe or something like that, it wouldnt start properly for me untill i updated.

Yeah 1942, Idk without patches it works but with no sound. Not helpful since I wanna play it online, legit keycode. Just after patches then i try playing just goes to black screen, even with compatibility. I'll try the follow that you guys have recommended, I only hope that the gods will answer my prays.
