is that taking into considering the speed of how fast a hdd is able to transfer? or are they assuming the average hdd when it's released won't hold it back?

dude...we wont be using HDD with a chip like that!

We will be using SSD's with optical fibre transfer cabling, poor old cd/dvd/blu-ray drives will become obsolete, especially when we all start recieving opt fibre internet. 100gb download limits will become average
