| I found that changing the sound options in Windows Control panel to CD quality rather than Studio fix's the crash to desktop with no error bug. This is the same fix as in COD4. System is Win 7 X64, Q9550 @ 4.0, 8gb patriot viper, GTX 295, onboard sound. I hope this helps with others that have the same issue.  Cos. _________________ My Steam Page  |

| Similar problem with "Serious Sam HD: The First Encounter". I had to change it in order for it to work. I'll test it later on tonight after study  Cheers Cos _________________   |

| Yeah gave it a shot tonight. Played until 4:30am. Can't believe that there so many servers at this time full in Australia.
Played prior to the time of my last post and it does seem to have fixed. No random closes

| I did all suggested fixes and BF2BC still crashes after about 20 mins of gameplay, that's the best i can get out of it so far |
