i videod a bit of it, though sadly half the vid was beforeee i worked out how to turn HUD off, but never fear i can just crop it out. now to sift through 22.5gb of FRAPS vids, put it to a song and compress the fuckin vid
got Sony Vegas Pro 8.0 to do that, working out how to use it hehe

yeah ive worked out trimming shit n stitching stuff together, cropping, some colour correction n stuff cause crysis looks pretty washed out at times, just so much fuckin footage lol could make 3 vids worth of explosions.

its all around the proto area though

nar ive sifted through all the vids n cropped the shit i needed too, doing my second run to get rid of any totally useless video as theres still like 17 mins worth.
pity i didnt get alot of the night action, thats when i turned my HUD off too..

yeh i know i want the longest itd be to be around 3 mins. mind you though ive left like big gaps between individual clips in the project file so the actual amount is probs closer to 12. and cause im a laggy fucker theres clips i gotta chop up to cut out brief bits of lag n merge together n hope no one notices..

quick need some music to set this stuff too, lol as a joke was gonna use The Cure - Why Can't I Be You, seemed funny but some faster based techno or heavy kind of music would be cool.

mainly shit without vocals, just pure music kind of stuff.



i also had to cut out original sounds because fraps fuckin sucked at capturing anything except me panting into the mic and a few faint chorus' of laughs. was considering going into a game n firing the guns n blowing jeeps up to add extra sound effects

also i remember some time aago a friend who used this program did something that kinda melded the frames together, like between each frame itd show 50/50 of the prior and next one, to give it a smoother look
(currently its 30 frames, my recording was done at about 30-40 frames i think)

well, they kinda do it movies alot you notice if you pause dvds n shiz, more noticeable in VCRs, where it shows 2 frames overlapping each other, and it does this for inbetween every single frame. so instead of just frame-frame-frame its like frame1-frame1&2-frame2-frame2&3-frame3
just looks a lil smoother thats all


that speeding up tip will help because there are bits where i like stutter while flying around lol. ill probs have to cut clips up to speed up n slow down specific parts though

NEVERMIND worked it out lol, just put the image in a layer above the video layers and reduced its level %. fuckin magic easy as piss

mmk rendering the video now doo be doo, gotta work out optimal file output container format thingy
