what about adding something to your clan names to differentiate and determine rank in your clan so that there is a visual difference between the admins, senior members and the probationaries ?
How about:
Admins: Wounded =FTW=
seniors: Carts -FTW-
probationaries: Aussie FTW
Anyway, just an idea, probably a shit one and I should shut up now...
