I know this guy only just applied, just opening this up for comments.

When he jumped on for a game at about 3am the other night, he jumped in our TS eventhough he did not really expect any of us to stll be there.
I was however able to chat with him for a while and squeeze in a few rounds before the sun came up.

I let him know that he will need to hang about for some time untill most of us get to know him, and that a decision would not be coming anytime soon.

I think he should be able to become a potential member given time for us all to get to know him a little better.
