Out of boredom with some mates and during orientation day, we thought we could fuck up with some international student's minds, especially the ones that couldn't swim.

As part of Immigration Act 1974 subsection 12c:
Within Australia, The accepted understanding is that the average citizen will be able to swim within water of indefinite depth, it is also understood that there may be times within a citizen's stay within Australia where they will be exposed to the Australia culture of being proactive in swimming, it is well advised that when traveling to Australia or hoping to gain immigration to Australia, the expectation to be able to swim is very real and ever present within society
This noted case is quite real to travelers and immigrating hopefuls, in the interests of preserving this culture and in the interest of human safety in reflecting and adhering to the Health and Safety Act 1954. Immigrating hopefuls wishing to attain residency within Australia for any amount of time will be expected to be able to undergo and complete a swimming test, this test is designed to be able to determine weather or not a person is capable of being able to swim in a body of water
The test will be undertaken in a controlled and safe environment with adequate supervision for the safety and proper examination procedures to be carried through. Clothing will be casual and left for test examinees to decide on, the test itself will be further outlined to those individuals hoping to be able to take the test.’
The costs in regards to this test will vary, depending on where the examinee will hail from. The costs will be calculated and then properly explained to examinees, regarding general admission fees, the average cost per examinee undertaking this exam will average at the cost of around Australian twenty-thousand dollars. (AU$20,000 Numerical)
Upon completion of the exam, students will be given a certificate properly declaring the name bearer being competent in swimming and is officially under Immigration Act 1974 subsection 12c allowed to properly immigrate into Australia on the basis of cultural acceptance.
