It's pretty much Armored Core / looks similar to mechwarrior in some ways, but with way better multiplayer. Here's a gameplay trailer and thats all I know about it so far:

Saw this trailer today as well, probably not a game I would love to play but man I love the art style.

reveals some details about the game, sounds a lot easier to get into than any of the Mechwarrior games (except maybe 4/5 and on xbox), but would still be fun somewhat.

The only mech game that I ever got into, was Mechwarrior 2 Lone Wolf ont he original xbox. I didn't end up finishing it. Essentially I think that the controls are the biggest sticking point for mech games. fps controls in big mechs and I'm all for it.
