A new Crysis 2 PC patch is scheduled to go live later today. Below you will find a list of the top fixes.

List of changes
• Further improved anti-cheat measures <--- hoping this means admins able to do shit, and not just let the measures to do all the work"
• Fix for spurious characters appearing when initiating text chat
• Fix for Chatlog doesn't disappear after kill cam
• Fixed occasional login issues
• Changed VOIP defaults
• Fixed some UI aspect issues on multiple monitors
• Added option for crouch toggle in MP & SP

We’re working hard with our Ranked Server Partners to switch the servers at the same time that the patch goes live – but inevitably this will take time so we ask for your patience. When you launch the game, the patch will auto-download. If you cannot find servers, please exit the game and re-start to ensure the patch has applied.

You can check the version number by selecting Properties on Crysis2.exe and selecting Details. The correct version after patching will be 1.2.0.0, and the executable will be signed by Crytek GmbH.

My MyCrysis account still isn't a valid login in-game and the reset password feature on MyCrysis hasn't sent me an email despite me asking about 3 times 4 days ago and again today (using the reset pw thing can supposedly help make the account work in-game). Still waiting on an answer from EA support about them only sending a CD-key (no Promo Code) with my LE purchase .

but i have now purchased it and getting it tomoz, only for the editor though, i have no intention of playing the game lol

We have been having a lot of fun in the server with this game and some great match's acroos the different game modes....which is what its all about! For me anyway i am very happy with this installment, nothing is perfect in this world as we all know, especially PC games but IMO the more friends that get in the server with us for some games the better........then every1 can try stealth kill Karma lol

Server Mods or just fun shit like extra high jump or even that troublesome PowerStruggle Lite version....

I guess ppl over at crymod are already working on a ps original mode, when i get it i will have a day of messing around with code on a rainy day and see what i come up with

If PS was brought back, and suit energy capacity doubled (or 2.5x).. I'd probably play again.
The thing that annoyed me was tiny arse maps, 6v6 only, and suit energy seems too limited. Even though I'm sure it's similar to CWars, it'd be nice to have some extra suit energy to actually do stuff.

the nano recharge module allows you to instantly regain full suit power after each kill.......dont have it yet but Imber says its pretty cool.

6v6 is perfect relies heavily on teamwork. you can't just go and run and gun in every game mode well you can but you wont get as far especially in this game.. I was having a few games and enjoyed it. i was on a team which tended to play in pairs (complete random players at that) and we demolished the other team who just ran as lone wolfs. with a bit of teamwork (no voice communication is even needed) you can easily dominate the average game.

oh and FTW has a server? i'll jump in for a few games then haha see ya's around in there. I hear karma's a bit of stain too

its limited to 8v8 in the dev version, I'll see what options are available

All the servers that I've been playingon have been 16 player servers. IA gets pretty hectic. Also played Classic mode, and its sooooo slow. Not sure why it's in there.

The nanosuit steal module is pretty darn cool. That with the auto retrieve dogtags and the feline = win in IA. had a 17-20 killstreak. went from last and then one the round by one kill.

i have retrieved the game today, to my surprise it was a limited edition with a very shiny case and that extra code

I'll see what i can dig up from the files
