Hopefully they fix it properly and put the patched game on the disc because having to download a patch for a game straight out of a box the day it is officially released so it works properly is not a great way to keep customers happy or earn good reveiws.
We sold you something that we know is broken but its easy for you to fix with a band aid or three.
Unless you want console ... console version is OK you buy you buy.
At least with dedicated servers the PC community might be able to adjust a few things themselves.
