| im getting ready for cry2 but i need a new headset, last time i bought one it failed miserably with all the 3.5 jacks not working, so my next option is to go the logitech g35 usb audio headset, you literally plug in the usb and get clear 7.1 audio after the drivers are installed, anyone heard anything bad about this and has anyone got one
cheers boots |

| I have one, seeing as I have limited experience in rating it's sound quality all I can say is that the leathery cover of the foam earpieces is coming off mine but it doesn't feel any different. |

| I recommend the G35, i got one and sounds great, it doesn't press on you ears at all unlike other brands. I also don't find my ears sweating. Its USB connectible and surround emulator. I highly recommend them |

| I find I can hear things quite well in games, in BC2 I can hear if someone melees/calls out 15-20m away under most circumstances and further if it's quiet.
Edit: I do find them very comfortable (it was uncomfortable at first but it was my first headset), don't notice them at all when I'm doing pretty much anything and it comes with I think 3 differently shaped foam bands for the top to accommodate for diff. width heads and you can extend both sides seperately (in case one ear is higher than the other, perhaps). |

| Hey boots mate yeah they are good, i had the same prob with the leather ear pad lining peeling off so i went and got a new headset today lol another G35 :p but yeah fantastic headset, the volume on the side is good, like Karma was saying you can voice morph and that comes in handy when Quacks is on ts and you wanna rage him up a bit hahahaha, but yeah man they're good |

| Lets all get a set of G35s to piss Quacks off lol. I personally prefer my Megalodons more to the G35 due to comfort levels. Only problem is they're a little on the pricey side |

| Get the Psyco 5.1 headset!
7.1 is overkill |

| That's one review.
+ Personal choice really.
I don't see any headsets that people actually favour. |

| I haven't, but i can say that I've heard a lot more positive than negative.
First review negative review I've seen.
Seeming lilfeet here is in need of our tech hardware advice. What would you recommend Karmania?lol
The Razor from what I've read is overkill. As with the logictech headset. |

| lol just go with logitech, I don't have much experience in the gaming headset but the G35 is a solid product and not 200 |

| I'm sure boots wants directional sound. As with anyone who wants to spend money on a decent headset. Directional sound will give you a fairly big advantage in FPS |

| These are the new head set im oredering, http://www.psykoaudio.com/ i find that the True 5.1 head set seam to give betta sound awereness, but you do need a good sound card to run them. |

| i really like the G35 - however must be noted its VIRTUAL 7.1 not literal, have a look at the psycho headset although its 5.1 its literal 5.1 http://www.psykoaudio.com/my G35 never lets me down however logitech software really sucks, changing from stereo to 7.1 sometimes gets buggy (specially when u wake from sleep ) edit: just realised arny recommended the same headset |
