Hmm, wasn't half the point that without the new rating they had to be banned. So why cant everything now fall into it's rightful classification? Why do things need to be banned now that it's only 18+ gamers who can get them?
I don't know exactly what content or games get banned or not, and if they are over the top on things I probably wouldn't like them anyway but why aren't they banning all such movies too etc, it doesn't make sense.

Also I'm not sure if what is quoted means only the games that were banned before this change wont be unbanned, or if future games still have the chance of getting banned. Still overall its a good step.

I think he means that it isn't retrospective. So those games that were previously refused classification won't be amended.

lol yeah I just edited my post wondering about that. He kinda makes himself a hypocrite in any case lol, but this seems a good thing.
