My plan is to get nodeline activated then transfer it into easynaked straight away and a cheaply as possible

the ones i currently have are a/b lol. i did my network which was WEP shared key, and WPA which took alittle longer.
TKIP doesnt seem that much different tho it may take longer.

The way it works is that when you "input" a password, packets are sent and received to authenticate / and handshake.
if its incorrect the packet would be sent back with the correct password to cross check.

All you really need to do is capture those packets - but in order to do so you must know the routers MAC address / channels which could easily be found.


Wireless encryption isnt that difficult to crack, since the information is literally traveling through air all you gotta do is grab it

you have to force all the wifi users off the network before you can catch the password and you have to do it enough times to match up all the keys, and i bet you someone notices when their entire wifi network goes down without reason, espcially someone using wpa/psk. otherwise you have to wait over weeks as computers sleep/wake/connect to the network.

yeah. we got the pimpest lounge today too. once its in and we know how it sits in the room we'll splash out with some coffee table, side table, enhanced EU and then tweak some lighting for the balcony for the ultimate apartment. adsl wireless is so good when we got mainly just laptops
