For new applicants, the easiest way to join FTW for both parties concerned, is to get to know the FTW lads before joining. This is the way the clan formed and how most members have joined.

Joining Team-Speak once and expecting membership is not the way to go about it. The clan holds comradeship/having a laugh/having fun very highly and to ensure new members get along, the membership process has to take some time.
