Ruse from Ubisoft RTS. WW2 Setting, not sure about story though. Large scale similar to supreme commander Has the 'RUSE' commands that let you set up deceptions of all sorts, like dummy armies, spy network, stolen enemy army orders ect ect. Nice enough graphics, nothing revolutionary but nice.
