| pfft...how many governments get overthrown through history...constitutionally binding doesn't mean shit, piece of paper cannot dictate someone's choices in life. Your looking way to hard into this mate, there would not be any controlling body over the world as there is too many people wanting control as it is. You just could not manage it without mass upheaval. |
