here's some screenies of times ive played pretty well, get to see a progression of my scores improving
though im still very inconsistent, its always a learning process:

small game that was played for like 2 hours against some tough people


joined halfway through the game and quickly caught up


using mostly clays, and not at energy sites or doors either but just in well used paths and stuff


raped bunkers and clayed them up


being sneaky in cover a bit and picked people off with the scar, nades, and a few rockets on cars and stuff.

i was tired and played, i kept my score better than Pony and he was in a vtol. then something happened and i got angry, and went from running around destroying people on the ground to getting in two vtols only and going on mass killing sprees
alot of those kills were done on the ground as well. you dont need vehicles in Tarmac to get a good score

Good stuff base. You getting there mate. I was proud of myself when i started to get positive Kill death ratios. I was just like you at the start. Keep it up. Once u start dominating that's when the fun and rage come in

i think my highest ever was 137-138 in a PS game. This involved me capping shit at the same time not camping it out or tol whoring. Scar/Nade/Claymores with exceptions of a rocket launcher or C4 if needed.

the whole point of my screens was to demonstrate various scores against various classes of players, and that theres many ways to get a score
especially given alot of the time i have a shit score


also, unlike alot of other people, i dont go around just looking for kills.
as PS is a complex gamemode i do enjoy helping cover teammates when possible and securing objectives, hence why my scores dont go over 60 very often at all. i think that was the only time it has.


so dont feel pressured into having to get heaps of kills, even if your KD is only so so, just that youre happy with playing the game and do your part
otherwise youll end up just running around bitching about people stealing kills and unhappy every time you die because your 70to5 is now a 70to6 or something stupid.

Good stuff base, 3/4 of the time i play id kill (literally, not in game) to get a score like that. I hardly ever make it over 20.

I think i held myself up well considering the stack.. My team had no bunker and no energy.. But i held myself up well.. i flogged everyone.. just couldnt hold off everyone to cap a bunker
