Dunno, were you being a stain? that usually gets you a kick.
Check to make sure it wasn't just a timed kick for like 5 mins or something, and not a ban, etc.

Only thing ive been banned for in the past was glitching moar ladder glitch, im not reading out of contex wounded, you made it obvious i was banned for what i have been banned for before, which was glitching, if this is not the case, then what am i banned for? because i know as a fact i did NOT glitch on FTW recently.

and what exactly is this "same thing"? i have not done anything wrong on the FTW server, whoever banned me should say why they banned me.

And plus, Wounded, you should be happy theres more Aussie Servers, instead of going and banning someone who wants to put up another server for the community, AusServFTW is a great server, but it is the only /PS server, thats been modded for balance, im just giving people another place to play if they dont feel like playing on the FTW server, like the other day for example when a few of the general gamers on FTW serv came on to see how it was running.

Even if i was promoting another server, thats no excuse to issue out a ban.

But me having my server up shouldnt affect FTW serv, the ban actually encourages me to fix my server issues to make it more efficient then ever

I'm sure this will get locked soon but I think someone else other than these two should say something (preferably an admin).
But essentially it comes down to this:

FTW started up the server again out of their pocket to let others play on it,
by taking away players, you're thinning out what's left of the "community" which makes games more dull and wastes FTW's money because they are paying for slots that aren't used.

I'm sure FTW won't mind if Virt made ONE thread in the crysis wars section saying you have a server and its features, but in game on FTW's server which is basically on FTW's money, isn't on.

You're basically doing a Kanye West by promoting your server on FTW's time.
"Hey guys, great server you have here and I'll let you play on it, but my server is pretty sweet too"

come on virt, it's simple, you don't go advertising your server on someone else's servers. any person knows that. it doesn't just apply to crysis but pretty much every game. and you can't say it's not a reason to ban when people like quacks and various other FTW members have put heaps of time into making the FTW server what it is.

how do you think someone would feel if they spent most of their time making this awesome server which alot of people play on just to have a player come on and say jump on my server and then people left. i know i'd feel pretty pissed off, and i know Quacks definitely would after all his done. the coding he has done, isnt something thats done in a few days.

if you want people to jump on your server, don't go saying it on someone else's server, contact em through xfire/steam/their forums however you guys communicate. if you really wanna advertise go pm one of the FTW senior admin's though it would cost you and im pretty sure you don't wanna pay.

I Have a help section in the consoles, i gave them vtols cause they asked for it, it was last 5 mins anyways and everyone had a good laugh, its not always SCAR silencer laser sight it can be made fun, even the others were flying the vtols,

Also spam messages were trials, theyve been taken out -

i know modded maps been done before, and failed, i know, i had a server a while back filled with modded maps, but i also know the maps that people would like to play. i will not just through in any map and hope for the best, i will trial the maps out before actually putting them in rotation.

and i simply tested mods on there server too....yet look what happened to me.....

but i guess when it comes down to it, its best to go outside for a run and a play, then after a week is up u can finally come back and waste ur life on crysis....again...best not to make it worse and prolong ur time away from ur life wasting game
