The gun game was actually thought up from the counter strike community, same exact way they have it. I will be buying the game, if they don't screw the pc community again.

It is on steam again which is homo (IMO) but it has dedi servers and all the usual stuff a pc game should have. Steam might limit modding capabilities like with MW2, host a modded game mode in public and get vac banned, but pc players are defs not screwed.

never owned a CoD game, though ive played 3, wow, mw2 at friends and stuff.
kinda like ive never owned a halo game (except the first on pc) but ive played all their multiplayer.

friends are pretty into MW2, if i get Black Ops itd be on the 360 so the game has to be good enough to justify that expense AND gold membership to play live.


but given i'm already getting Crysis2 which may or may not be good multiplayer wise, I may get Rage or Brink depending which is more fun.
not very interested in the BC2 expansion or medal of honor stuff

Link is down they are having probs with the russian keys, steam is banning them if they are not used in region sold...i.e. using one of these keys in AU wont work.....i am dl it now on Steam anyway

Verdict, Wounded is right the game is laggy as hell, very few players get a decent ping of 90, the rest including myself get a ping of at least 220, it totally shit for now so if you want to wait out for MP i suggest, SP is pretty good as well

good graphics, the same as the other cods really with extra perks and new sins and maps, i will be paying this for a while seems pretty cool. and campers havent been a problem yet
