 Awesome Custom Configuration

PostSubject: Awesome Custom Configuration   Thu Aug 06, 2009 12:58 am

After spending many hours searching the internet for custom configs for lower end PC's I found this. Almost the same as high but it runs at pretty much the same fps as low. Anyway I have it as my autoexec.cfg file in crysis wars directory, but punkbuster keeps kicking me whenever I join ausserver. Anyone know what in this code I should remove to stop it kicking me?

look at your console, just as you enter the server, it should tell you what variable doesnt meet the range set. Its generally view distance or something like that.

view distance for sure i had that problem also.....cant member what quacks set it at....wounded will know!

kk thanks bob, i have that console problem though that won't let it work (many vista users have this and no fixes yet), but i will check my gamelog.

Cvar r_envtexupdateinterval (=0.01) must be INSIDE 0.05 to 0.1

also try the above suggestions, the cvar limits we have are:
