lets face it pirating is rampant and too easy for anyone to do these days, I would agree that this should be done. Although one thing that should be done to help people decide whether or not to buy games is better reviewing, more emphasis on demo's (Remember shareware, you could play like 3 levels or more).

A TRY before buy system that doesn't restrict the game but maybe lowers graphics, limits framerates to 25, removes sound, restricts certain MAIN things from the game ect ect.

or, open end beta sign up for ANYONE, none of this closed beta shit. Something can be done.
