ok long story short, i got a bandwidth trojan, and telstra wants $1300 for going over. FUCK them im planing to use my military training in advance demolitions to destroy there customer service biulding, so there will be $3000 dead, only 1 australian (hehe do ya get wat i mean).

anyways back to the topic i need a new ISP, i would like some feedback on some that yous have, i want ADSL2+ and dont want to spend over 80 month, at least 40g, must be reliable.

i use internode, duno what the deals are atm but they are insanely fucking reliable. stuff downloaded from their servers doesnt go to your cap so steam downloads and most game downloads are free, as is streaming their trailers site. their servers for gaming dont attribute either.

had netspace for 3 years before that and have never had to deal with internode since using them.

what the fuck man $1300 is a large amount for going over your bandwidth. If I were you I'd ask telstra to print out a sheet with times and usage and if it seems false ring up an telecommunications ombudsman and a solicitor and fight your case.

I'm with Westnet, but down here in fucking Tassie 1.5mbit is pretty well the best option for money.

Good thing i like about westnet is if you cal their service desk an actual human picks up rather than voice prompt (Well last time i rang anyway) they are always winning customer service awards and are very reliable.

Been with them for over 12 months and wont change.

I'm with optus at the moment and I reckon their deals are shit and so is their speed (still better than telstra tho). As soon as the plans over i'm switching to internode, for the reasons trae said (free upload and free dl from steam and any .on.net site), and also they have the fastest speeds and very good deals. TPG have some good deals, but your getting shitty internet, or so ive heard. From my experience, internode is by far the best ISP to use.
