yeah ive worked out trimming shit n stitching stuff together, cropping, some colour correction n stuff cause crysis looks pretty washed out at times, just so much fuckin footage lol could make 3 vids worth of explosions.

nar ive sifted through all the vids n cropped the shit i needed too, doing my second run to get rid of any totally useless video as theres still like 17 mins worth.
pity i didnt get alot of the night action, thats when i turned my HUD off too..

thats when ppl started fucking around and it turned to shit, was fun as early on.

17mins is yonks, speed some parts up and slow down some explosions and shit

yeh i know i want the longest itd be to be around 3 mins. mind you though ive left like big gaps between individual clips in the project file so the actual amount is probs closer to 12. and cause im a laggy fucker theres clips i gotta chop up to cut out brief bits of lag n merge together n hope no one notices..

quick need some music to set this stuff too, lol as a joke was gonna use The Cure - Why Can't I Be You, seemed funny but some faster based techno or heavy kind of music would be cool.

mainly shit without vocals, just pure music kind of stuff.



i also had to cut out original sounds because fraps fuckin sucked at capturing anything except me panting into the mic and a few faint chorus' of laughs. was considering going into a game n firing the guns n blowing jeeps up to add extra sound effects

haha sounds like shitloads of fun, im still putting together my crysis vids, i get rather bored while editing and from watching the gameplay in my vids i just wanna go and have a game, so i never get to much done.

for me fraps always records the sound way out of sync to the video so when im recording with fraps i never record sound, music always gets put in the vids anyway so u dont hear the gameplay.

i have no idea for music, i always find that the hardest

yeh. id be perfectly happy myself to watch it to some heavy trance industrial metal shiz, but i dont think anyone else in FTW is into that. hmmm

hmm how do you change the speed for individual clips?

also i remember some time aago a friend who used this program did something that kinda melded the frames together, like between each frame itd show 50/50 of the prior and next one, to give it a smoother look
(currently its 30 frames, my recording was done at about 30-40 frames i think)

just put the heavy music onto it mate, ppl will be watching the video not listening to the music so much, its just background.

when i get home i will jump on ts and try help u out some more...

to slow them down or speed them up, hold ctrl and have ur mouse at the end of the individual clip, lengthen it to make it slower and the opposite for faster.
