Regarding the rims, it's best to see what suits the body and colour of the car, seeing some examples will give you an idea of what you think looks good and then you can get a rough idea on what shape you'd like to see on your car. You dont have to copy the same mags but it'll lead you onto other mags.

That is a twin turbo, top mount supercharger V fuckin 8! That thing on top is probably an intercooler and from my guess...the supercharger will help the turbo's spool way faster and he would receive most of his power from those turbos.
